Our Warranty Policy

At Liberty Fence & Deck Co., we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and the professionalism of our installation team. While we do not offer a formal written warranty on installation, we stand behind our work and will always strive to address any concerns that may arise following project completion.

If any manufacturer-issued warranties apply to the materials used in your fence or deck project, we will pass those warranties directly on to you. We are happy to assist you in understanding what is covered by those warranties and how to initiate a claim, if needed.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not fully satisfied with the quality of our installation, please let us know—we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue. Any materials required for post-installation adjustments or repairs not covered under the original scope of work may incur additional costs.

Please note that proper maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner. Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
